When does the app launch?
As soon as everything works reliably, first for iPhone and Android in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Join the waitlist on the home page and we'll let you know.
Do I need an account?
No. Mankerl works without an account or an email address. Your photos and videos stay on your phone.
How precisely does Mankerl know where I am?
For the forecast, your location is rounded to about 2 km. Your exact position never leaves your phone.
How do I become a dialect godparent?
Pick your dialect when you join the waitlist, or write to hello@mankerl.app. We'll be in touch before the dialects go live.
What does Mankerl cost?
Mankerl is free. Mankerl Pro will add extras like activity alerts, video overlays and unlimited questions. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your app store settings.
